It is, however, <strong>economical<\/strong> and ideally suited for educational labs with a limited budget.\u00a0 Liquid Crystal on Silicon (LCoS) Spatial Light Modulators (SLMs) are uniquely designed for pure phase applications and incorporate analogue data addressing with <strong>high refresh rates<\/strong>. This combination provides users with the f<strong>astest response times<\/strong> and <strong>highest phase stabilities<\/strong> commercially available.\u00a0 Meadowlark offers both transmissive and reflective SLMs in either one- or two-dimensions.\u00a0 Phase-only SLMs can also be used for amplitude-only or a combination of both.<br \/>\n<strong>Key features<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Entry-Level<\/li>\n<li>1920 x 1200 Resolution<\/li>\n<li>Pure Analogue Phase Control<\/li>\n<li>High Phase Stability \u2013 as low as 0.025%<\/li>\n<li>60 Hz HDMI Controller with Output Trigger<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>High Phase Stability<\/strong><br \/>\nMeadowlark Optics is known for having the fastest SLMs with the least amount of phase ripple on the market. Our backplanes are custom designed with high refresh rates and direct analogue drive schemes, resulting in phase ripple for standard products ranging between 0.10 \u2013 0.30%. For customers who require even better performance, customisation is possible with <strong>phase ripple<\/strong> as low as <strong>0.025% (0.0008 \u03c0 radians)<\/strong>. Phase ripple is quantified by measuring the variation in the intensity of the 1 st order diffracted spot as compared to the mean intensity while writing a blazed phase grating to the SLM.<br \/>\n<strong>Software<\/strong><br \/>\nMeadowlark Optics\u2019 SLMs are supplied with a Graphical User Interface and software development kits that support <strong>LabVIEW<\/strong>, <strong>Matlab<\/strong>, <strong>Python and C++<\/strong>.
