These readout units are for use with our individual high-power optical power and energy meter thermopile heads.

A proprietary Intelligent Interface System (IIS)connection stores the calibration data for the detector head in an on-board EEPROM. Plugging the head connector into the meter port gives you a calibrated instrument, already configured for reliable and accurate measurements.

Adding a measurement capability is therefore extremely simple. Simply plug a new head into your PC-LINK unit.

The PC Link is a smart head to USB interface that converts any PC or laptop into a powerful instrument.

It measures, analyses and records power and energy from any of the Laser 2000 thermopile detector heads. The PC Link is supplied with a user-friendly communication software package, PC-2-LINK, for single channel or dual channel operations.

The PC Link delivers fast response and uses the IIS interface for retrieval and use of the thermopile head calibration data.
