Laser 2000 works together with Zaber to provide high quality motion control, with a focus on simplicity. The Zaber range of linear actuators provides highly accurate and repeatable motion control; with the simplicity expected from Zaber stages. Whether actuating an existing manual control system, replacing a thumb screw, or larger complex systems like manipulating mirror mounts with many daisy-chained actuators, Zaber has an actuator for the job. Many models include a built-in controller, which keeps the setup flexible, quick, and simple. The built-in controller allows up to 99 devices to be daisy chained together, all sharing the same data connection from a single serial or USB connection. The option of an additional motor encoder on some models will help protect against slip and stall.

The linear actuators with built in controllers from Zaber, provide great precision and control. Having a built-in controller simplifies the setup process. The ability to daisy chain multiple stages means less cabling, and less mess. The linear actuators provide up to 60 mm travel, 50N thrust, 1 µm repeatability.

Linear Actuators with Built-in Controller & Encoder

The range of linear actuators with built-in controllers and motor encoders from Zaber provide great precision and control. Having a built-in controller simplifies the setup process. The ability to daisy chain multiple stages means less cabling, and less mess. The addition of a motor encoder protects the stage from both slip and stall. The linear actuators provide 25 or 50 mm of travel, and up to 30 mm/s speed, with 25 N thrust.
