3-Axis Stages

Nanometer-precision motion along and around up to three axes, with high load capacity and simple plug-and-play control via the GO Controller.

GO TipTilt – Z motion with tip/tilt around X and Y, up to 2.5 kg.
GO TipTilt HV – TipTilt performance for vacuum environments down to 10⁻⁴ Pa.
GO XYR – X-Y motion with rotation around Z, up to 10 kg.
GO XYR HV – XYR capability for vacuum environments down to 10⁻⁴ Pa.

6-Axis Stages

Nanometer-precision motion across all six degrees of freedom (X, Y, Z, ΘX, ΘY, ΘZ), supporting loads up to 2.5 kg with simple plug-and-play control via the 6-Axis GO Controller.

GO HexStage 1 – Full 6-axis nanometer motion for loads up to 2.5 kg.
GO HexStage 2 – Alternative 6-axis configuration with identical precision and load capacity.
GO HexStage 1 HV – High-vacuum version of HexStage 1 for environments down to 10⁻⁴ Pa.
GO HexStage 2 HV – High-vacuum variant of HexStage 2 with full 6-axis capability.

Accessories

PRECIBEO GO Accessories simplify system integration with precision components such as the GO Joystick, sample holders, vertical mounts, and adapter plates. Designed for flexibility and compatibility across GO stages, including high-vacuum applications.

Linear Actuators

Nanometer-precision linear motion over centimeter ranges in a compact, self-locking design. GO Linear Actuators feature integrated sensing and simple plug-and-play control, delivering reliable, high-force performance for both standard and high-vacuum environments.

Linear Stages

PRECIBEO GO Linear Stages provide compact, self-locking linear motion with nanometer precision, integrated position sensing, and lift forces up to 10 N. Standard and high-vacuum versions are available across multiple sizes.

Multistage Assemblies

Create custom XY, XYZ, and combined linear–rotation systems using any GO Linear, Elevation, or Rotation Stages. Each assembly delivers nanometer-precision motion across multiple axes, with seamless plug-and-play control through the GO Controller. Available in both standard and high-vacuum configurations.

Rotation Stages

Micro-degree precision rotation with unlimited travel, high torque, and self-locking stability. GO Rotation Stages feature integrated sensing and plug-and-play control, delivering precise, compact, and easily configurable rotation for single- or multi-axis motion systems in both standard and high-vacuum environments.
