6-Axis Stages

The PRECIBEO GO 6-Axis Stages allow nanometer precision motion along and around up to 6 axes, including the linear motion along X, Y, Z and the rotation around each axis Θ(X), Θ(Y), Θ(Z). The PRECIBEO GO 6-Axis Stages are based on the precise and powerful GO Linear Stages, which makes them lift up to 2,5 kg and be self-locking at rest. The PRECIBEO GO 6-Axis Stages are easily controlled through the 6-Axis GO Controller.
Just plug the stage cable connectors into the PRECIBEO GO Controller and you are ready to GO!
